As an account holder of The Student Lounge who has accepted
these terms and conditions, we will:
1a. Permit access to The Student Lounge website and allow you to interact with page(s)
and content.
1b. Permit you to upload and store content on The Student Lounge website for participation in our contests and other interactive features.
1c. Permit you to store information in a Student Lounge profile.
Reservation of Rights; Limitations of Use:
2a. The Student Lounge reserves the right to, at any time, refuse access, refuse acceptance of, or to require the removal of any data provided (visual,
wording, or other) if, in our sole opinion, we determine it is or may be illegal, obscene, slanderous, or otherwise inappropriate or inconsistent with our
polices and publication law. We do not provide any content screening or editing service for this purpose or for any purpose and have no responsibility or
liability for a failure to do so.
2b. Access to this site is limited to account holders of The Student Lounge who conform with the terms and conditions described herein. You may not
directly or indirectly use The Student Lounge software, hardware, code, website portal, or any other system attribute for any unauthorized action or purpose
whatsoever.
2. Your Covenants and Warranties:
To use this site, YOU:
3a. Agree and warrant that you will comply with the terms and conditions, warrants and covenants herein.
3b. Accept full and sole responsibility and liability for or relating to your access to and use of the The Student Lounge website, The Student Lounge system
(hardware and software), your account profile and submitted content, and any and all information you provide to, store on, and disseminate through The
Student Lounge.
3c. Agree and warrant not to upload, publish, or attempt to upload/publish any obscene, illegal, slanderous, copyrighted or otherwise legally protected
material and/or images, or material otherwise inappropriate or inconsistent with our polices and publication law. You also agree and warrant that you will
follow and not
violate any and all applicable local, state, and federal law.
3d. Agree and warrant you will indemnify, defend, and hold The Student Lounge harmless from and against all imaginable claims (e.g. causes of action,
expenses, penalties, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments) including costs (e.g. attorney’s fees) arising from or related to your access or use of The
Student Lounge
website, software or hardware, or products.
3e. Agree and warrant that any failure to fully comply with the terms and conditions herein, or the breach or default of any or all your covenants and
warrants
described above is the full and complete sole responsibility of the user, you, and not that of The Student Lounge or controlling or subsidiary
companies associated with The Student Lounge.
